Description

SUMMARY:

ALICE 4 is a 160 cm, 45 kg humanoid robot developed by AeiROBOT featuring 41 degrees of freedom, proprietary gearless linear actuators, Intel i7 + NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX compute, stereo depth vision, FSR tactile sensing, and force‑based impedance control for safe, natural human‑robot interaction. It is designed for industrial tasks, research, teleoperation, and human‑environment collaboration.

EDITORIAL:

ALICE 4 is one of the most mechanically advanced Korean humanoids, built around AeiROBOT’s signature gearless linear actuator system — a design that eliminates backlash, reduces friction, and enables quiet, precise, high‑bandwidth force control. This gives ALICE 4 a uniquely smooth, human‑like motion profile rarely seen outside high‑end research robots.

Three things define ALICE 4:

1. Gearless linear actuators — low inertia, high precision, and exceptional impedance control.

2. Dual‑compute architecture — Intel i7 for control + Orin NX for perception and AI.

3. Teleoperation‑ready — VR‑based skill transfer and real‑time motion mapping.

ALICE 4 is not a consumer robot — it is a professional‑grade humanoid platform for industrial R&D, robotics labs, and advanced manipulation research.
